The service department is poorly run and understaffed, at least that’s what we hear every time we have an issue. We purchased our new Genesis here but cannot imagine having them service it in the future. From top to bottom, this place is unprofessional. Business cards with disconnected phone numbers. Boxes of customer information on display when you turn in your loaner car, if you can get a loaner car. My car had tape and plastic residue all over the passenger door when I picked it up, requiring an extra visit back to the service department. Part took nearly five weeks to come in and this was for a dead batter on a 15 month old vehicle. Cannot advise more strongly that Genesis attend to this place before it closes.
Just purchased two new tires and dealership says we need to replace one and will not warranty it. Had an alignment done when tire purchased but tires still leaned and can’t get service dept to make it right. Stayed at dealership for 4 1/2 hours and nothing resolved or returning calls to see what was wrong.

Wow, what a disappointment! I drove 40 minutes to that dealership for a very nice deal they advertised online. I should have known better... an ad of a car @ $35K and then out of the door incl. fees and accessories it turned into $42K...? A real "bait" to lure you in! and the "sales manager" (as he introduced himself), dressed like he's in a picnic / tailgate ?! Not presentable at all... and while talking about the numbers, when I said I needed to talk to my wife, he said: "I believe you can take care of her" (quote!). Seriously?! He should not be talking to customers. Period! The sales guy, on the other hand, was nice and courteous. Not a place worthy of my business unfortunately.
Terrible service advisors. They fired any one that knew about Hyundai's and what issues they have and replaced them with sales people. So be warned, you're going to have old failed sales guys trying to explain things they don't understand. xxxx, they may even tell you to take the vehicle directly to the manufacturer for warranty work instead of taking it back to this dealership! Oh and in total they had the vehicle 2 - 3 months, and never offered a loaner or anything. Put a band-aid on our problems, still have one of the original major issues and were pretty much told to get xxxxed.
Service was efficient and thorough, and our Sonada came back clean. Staff were very polite.

We just purchased a 2025 Santa Fe from South Point from out of town and it couldn't have gone smoother. Everyone we worked with, Jim Hayth, Art, Darren, Sonny, Gabriel, Carter, were very helpful. Immediately responding to texts and voicemails. Paperwork was emailed, and overnighted, so that when we drove in town to pick up the new car, it literally took 5 minutes. Highly recommend them! We will definitely work with them again in the future.

Quite possibly the worst customer service experience in my 64 years. Called to say I needed a wheel bearing replaced, and thought it should be covered by warranty. Turned out it was caused by a pothole, so not warranty. They actually replaced the bearing anyway, at no charge, by accident. Nevertheless, it was in the shop for 10 days, and I only got it back by complaining to the service manager. The service tech had no access to voicemail, so my messages went unanswered. I had to get a receptionist to chase him down 3-4 times. I instructed him on Wednesday to do the alignment, which should take an hour max. On Friday I call to leave a message. No response. Call Saturday, leave a message, no response. Finally get a receptionist to track him down. He said he was waiting for a diagnosis which we NEVER discussed. I said just do the alignment. He said they were slow Saturday and would get it done. No call. Called Monday he said it was in line and needed a specialist, could not tell me when it would be completed. I then called Tim the service manager, told him the situation. He got it completed in 1 hour. And as in my previous review, they charge 3 times the going rate for service, $219 for a $70 alignment. . I will always buy Hyundai, I love their products. I will NEVER buy from South Point again.
Made an appointment which took almost 4 hrs for a simple service. Plus no loaners available. It may be because it's a smaller dealership and they are overwhelmed. Too much to chew. The people however are great.
