From the first time we walked through the door we were treated extremely well by everyone. By the time I was signing the papers and leaving with my keys I was very impressed. Hassle free car buying, I would highly recommend!

Professional and courteous salesman
- My salesman (Chuy) was new but very helpful and had very good product knowledge. He did a great job of demostrating the vehicle and its three models within the class. He was empathetic and asked questions important to us both in determining my needs, which ultimately led to finding the right vehicle for me. I was eventually introduced to the sales manager who was professional, respectful and offered to allow me to take the vehicle home overnight to show to my wife. That, and his assistance with working out the selling price sealed the deal.




May 26, 2010I pulled in the parking lot of South Point Hyundai and I some how knew this was dealership I would want to purchase my wife's new car from. All dealerships have cars to sell, service departments that fix, and stakeholders to please. South Point Hyundai is special and the reason why is the people. I was instantly greeted by a great sales associate named Carlos and after that I was introduced to the extremely nice manager Robert. What I liked most was that the entire car negotiations experience was with just these two wonderful people. I emphasize the word “just” because unlike so many other dealerships I wasn't paraded around to half a dozen “managers” with their fake smiles asking if I'm ready to buy today. The no pressure negotiations took place with all us in a room together where we agreed on a price that made everyone happy. After the negotiations were complete I met with Soloman who personally went the extra miles (plural) to find my car. Since the exact model and color car I wanted was not on the lot, he spent hours searching through other dealers inventory systems and making numerous phone calls to secure the car. He arranged for the car to be delivered from Waco the next day and he also took care of the other ancillary requests (tinting and remote start) I had without me having to worry about anything. To wrap up the purchase was Criss in the Finance department. This gentleman made the final paperwork process very efficient and easy. The car that my wife traded in was still in her parent's name so Criss mailed off the title exchange forms to her parents a few hundred miles away and even included prepaid return envelopes for them. There is something to be said on how I was treated with the upmost respect and courtesy during all aspects of my car buying experience at South Point Hyundai and I owe that to the magnificent people there. I recently purchased a Hyundai Sonata at South Point Hyundai. I was fearful of purchasing a car after 10 years or being out of the market. I have been to a few other dealerships before making my way there. I didn't like the usual tactics of being pressured and telling me that If I leave the dealership the price will no longer be honored. So I took myself out of buying a car for a few months because of my fustration. Well time passed and I needed a car. I stopped by South Point ready to get the usual run around again. I met with Patrick and he made my first visit very informative and enjoyable. The guy knew his stuff. I told him I needed to take my time and make sure I was making the right decision. I was not pressured at all and was very surprised about that. A few days later I returned and they were straight foward with no smoke and mirrors. They made the transaction very easy and before I knew it I was driving away in my new car. What I like the most is that my salesman has kept in contact and made sure I am a happy owner. - Cons:None so Far

Feb 24, 2009I brought my car in because it had a check engine light on. The service representative was so polite and answered all my questions over the phone so I did not have to come back in. Then when a family member had questions he answered all of them and called me back to tell me the same answers. Great service, I'm totally satisfied.
